COURSE CONTEXT
In the workplace, the introduction of a Gender Equality Certification System, part of Mission 5 “Inclusion and Cohesion” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), aims to promote greater participation of women in the labor market.
Gender equality means that all members of society, regardless of sex, have equal rights, opportunities, and access to resources.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 guideline represents the technical reference for gender equality certification and establishes the use of specific indicators, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to measure the level of fairness in opportunities and treatment between men and women.
The course explores the contents of UNI/PdR 125:2022, providing guidance on how to apply and implement these principles within organizations.
